Check-in and check-out

Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is before 12:00. If necessary, you can receive an entry code in advance and leave your baggage in the apartment starting 11:30. You can then go for a walk and explore the city while we prepare cozy and clean accommodations for you. Before check-in, the manager will contact you to confirm the time of your arrival.

Please inform us of your anticipated check-in time at least one day in advance.

Documents and deposit

Upon check-in it is necessary to provide a passport, sign the contract and pay a security deposit in the amount of the cost of one day's stay. We remind you that rent is possible from two days except for special offers ( contact the manager for details). If you cancel your reservation 2 weeks in advance, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.

We will refund the deposit upon check-out, provided that the accommodation rules have been followed and the apartment's furnishings have not been damaged.

If there is any damage, we will retain part or all of the deposit.

smoking

Smoking cigarettes, portable electronic smoking devices, or hookahs is not allowed in our apartments or stairwells.

Utilization of home appliances

The washing machine is in the hallway between the suites and is located in a closet.

The dishwasher is built into the kitchen and is stocked with dishwasher tablets.

There is a capsule coffee machine in the apartment.

The apartment is also equipped with an iron and ironing board.

Hot and cold water are supplied centrally.

Although the cold and hot water is filtered, it is not safe to drink the tap water. We recommend that you drink bottled water.

Water heats up in 2-3 minutes. In case of an outage or an accident, there is a boiler for heating hot water.

The lights in the apartments are controlled by a switch located on the left at the entrance. If this switch is not turned on, the local lights in each apartment will not work.

The thermostats are located under the bathroom switch.

quiet after 8:00 p.m.

In order to ensure a comfortable stay for you and other guests, as well as to maintain warm relations with locals, we have introduced a quiet rule after 20:00. Please follow this rule and refrain from hosting loud parties after this time.

cleaning services

The cleaning fee is 3,000 RUB for two-bedroom apartments and 2,500 RUB for studios. This fee is not included in the price and is paid by the guests.

We provide fresh bed sheets and towels, as well as a full cleaning service for you and other guests.

Please take your garbage to the containers and use the dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets are stored under the sink.

On the day of check-in we will send unique codes for electronic locks - access to the apartment will be instant. 

If you need assistance in check-in, please specify it in comments when booking or when communicating in messenger.

If the apartment is vacant, we can offer you early check-in at no extra charge.

Our apartments are dog-friendly. If you would like to stay with your small, tailed friends, please let us know in advance.

shootings

We allow commercial photo and video shoots, but please notify us in advance and coordinate all shoots with management. Feel free to share photos and video reviews on social media and with friends. We'd love to meet them and find more common ground!

The apartment can only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking.

prepayment and cancellation of booking

Cancellation without penalty is made at least 2 weeks prior to the planned date of check-in. Prepayment (deposit) is equivalent to the cost of one night's stay.

Is it possible to stay in the apartment with pets?

Yes, it’s possible to stay in the apartment with your beloved pet.

Available for an early check-in/late check-in?

If the apartment is free, we are happy to organize an early check-in or a late check-in. You just have to warn us beforehand.

How does check-in and check-out work?

Main check-in method – no contact: you get the instructions and the code for the electronic lock. We can meet you personally upon request, especially if its your first time in Saint-Petersburg. When checking out, you simply close the apartment and inform us of your departure.

How to cancel the booking?

Do you have a prepayment?

Yes, we have a prepayment of one night's rent (reminder, rentals are available from 2 nights). If you cancel your reservation at least 2 weeks in advance, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.

How do I extend my stay?

If you wish to extend your stay by a certain number of days, please contact us in advance. If there are no other guests booking, we will extend your booking.

What additional services do you offer?

If necessary, we are ready to order you a taxi from and to the airport/train station, choose a restaurant for a particular celebration and book a table there or order flowers from trusted stores.

Is there parking?

On Furstatskaya Ulitsa there is a closed free parking lot in the yard, in the apartments on Fontanka Embankment only paid parking, which is located on the street next to the house.

How to book and pay for the apartment?

There are several ways to book an apartment: book directly through the website, where you are now, with a guaranteed price 20% lower than third party services; contacts us on our phone number +79219380573; leave a request on feedback and wait for the manager’s response. You can pay for the apartment in any of the available ways.

What are the payment methods?

We are ready to offer you three payment methods:
